GitPulse 0.1.2 unblocks release pipeline

GitPulse's automated release pipeline was blocked by a problematic linked-versions plugin that needed to be removed before new versions could ship. This release clears that blocker and simultaneously aligns the --help documentation so CLI usage is consistent with actual behavior. Users will see accurate help text going forward, and the release automation can continue publishing new versions without getting stuck.
