gitpulse v0.1.2 released with release-please fix

This release formalizes version 0.1.2 of gitpulse, a package that generates an editorial story feed for repository activity. The release was triggered by a bug fix to the Release Please tooling itself — the automation now uses bare release outputs instead of linked-versions, which doesn't emit per-package information. This resolves a reliability issue when generating releases in monorepo setups. The three files updated (.release-please-manifest.json, CHANGELOG.md, and package.json) reflect the standard release artifact updates that Release Please produces. in the gitpulse repository.
