Release 0.1.1 published with new CLI and UI updates

Version 0.1.1 of gitpulse and @gitpulse/cli is now live. The release includes a new PR detail drawer, a redesigned detail page, a bundled CLI tool, and a fix for first-release edition URLs.

This is a release PR that bumps versions from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 and updates release documentation. The actual changes — three features and one bugfix — were merged in previous commits. This PR only updates version numbers in package.json files, the manifest, and generates new CHANGELOG entries. Version 0.1.1 is now official for both the main gitpulse package and the @gitpulse/cli monorepo workspace.
